Loans we can help with
- Unsecured personal loans from banks and NBFCs, taken for personal use, medical needs or travel.
- Loans from instant or digital lending apps with high interest and aggressive collection.
- Unsecured business and working-capital loans from banks and NBFCs.
How the process works
- Review your loan agreements, statements, EMIs missed and charges added.
- Assess your repayment capacity and agree on a realistic settlement budget with you.
- Negotiate with each lender and keep you updated at every stage.
- Get the settlement terms in writing before any payment.
- Collect the No Dues Certificate or closure letter once the final payment is made.
Checking a loan app
Under the RBI’s digital lending rules, a lending app must disclose the regulated bank or NBFC that actually provides the loan. Knowing who your lender is helps when negotiating a settlement and when raising a complaint about collection practices.

Common questions
Can loans from instant lending apps be settled?
In many cases, yes. We first identify the regulated lender behind the app, then negotiate with that lender in the same way as any other unsecured loan.
Do I get a No Dues Certificate after settlement?
You should. Always ask the lender for a closure or No Dues letter after the final payment, and keep it safely with your payment receipts. We follow up with the lender to obtain it.
